Jain Muni Locator is a non-commercial, community-driven platform. By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. This site is provided for spiritual, historical, and educational purposes to assist pilgrims and scholars in locating and learning about Digambara Jain ascetics.
2. Crowdsourcing & Contributor Guidelines
Our platform relies on manual contributions from the community. If you submit location updates (Vihars), profiles, or photographs:
- You agree to provide accurate, real-time, and verified information to the best of your knowledge.
- You represent that you have the right to share any uploaded images and that they do not violate copyright policies.
- Administrators and moderators reserve the right to edit, decline, or delete any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, or deemed spam.
3. Monastic Ethics & Respect
We respect the sacred vows of simplicity, non-possession (Aparigraha), and wandering (Vihar) of Jain ascetics. All location updates are entered manually by visitors who meet the ascetics. We strictly do not support, implement, or use any automated tracking devices, GPS, or surveillance hardware to track ascetics.
